After seaking help through Lowe's knowing that they sold the AquaGlass Jetair bathtub I was given a phone number to the manufactor in California. When I called and was put on HOLD, I was then told they did not have anyone local in Las Vegas that could help me. Imagine,(their customer service is in sleep mode) I then Called Larkin as my daughter had asked me to and low and behold Larkin was able to send someone out the same day.
