      Dr. Jim Marx attended the University of Nebraska, College of Medicine Omaha. He went on for his postgraduate training to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester Minnesota, where he trained in anesthesiology and internal medicine. He has practiced Pain and Addiction Medicine in Las Vegas for the last 23 years.In 2005 at the height of the medical malpractice crisis, he embarked upon the development of a doctor-owned medical malpractice insurer. This insurer only covered nonsurgical physicians and was the lowest priced medical malpractice insurer as verified in multiple reviews. Dr. Marx is a licensed property, casualty, life, health, and surety insurance producer in the state of Nevada. For over the last 20 years, Dr. Marx has been involved in the defense of scores of medical malpractice claims. He is also served as an expert witness for the Nevada Medical Board as well as serving as an expert consultant for many physicians being investigated by the board.
