i am a very upset customer. I had 2 sales people saying they were from monitronics and telling me that i was getting a free upgrade. I stupidly agreed to the upgrade to later find out that they were completely from another company. I tried telling this company that i was misled and now they say im stuck with this 5 year contract. Im also now paying 2 bills for 2 alarm companies. Dont be fooled by this company and there sales reps. Call monitronics directly.
