I have been going to ILKB for 3 months now and I am addicted! They take the thinking out of your workout, and boy do they kick your ass while doing it. Class is fun and all the instructors at this location are very motivating. They make sure to challenge you and push you when you need it. Classes are an hour long of nonstop full body high intensity and I always look forward to going. I never used to get a workout this good in during an hour at the gym on my own, because they take the guesswork out of what you are going to do and you don't have to wait on others for machines. I make sure to work classes into my schedule and make it a priority to go, because it is a great stress relief and energy boost to go.

Love this place!!! Everyone treats you like family!!! Instructors take time and really work with you!!!
