I moved here from CA four years ago and was in an accident two years ago. I was referred to Michael Haight and was glad I was. His staff was very helpful and communicated with me very well. It did take two years for my case to settle but I did get the $$ plus more that I expected. They are also very efficient and did not want to rush my case due to my injuries. Mark Henness and Haight law firm, handled my case. They missed the court filling date by 10 days and dropped me before the hearing. I notified them 30 days before to file the papaerwork. I am on disability because of the injury with no recourse, other than find an attorney that will sue another.

Henness & Haight has acted in complete incompetence and bad faith. They have flat out lied, miss-represented themselves, and compromised my case.
