Opened in 1956, Kit Carson Elementary School is a coeducational institution that provides academic instruction to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school offers educational classes in a range of subjects, such as math, science, social studies, reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, art, and health and physical education. Kit Carson Elementary School promotes students participation in basketball and cheerleading.
