Harley A. Harmon Elementary School offers academic classes to more than 500 students in kindergarten through grade five. Located in Las Vegas, the school offers academic programs in reading, mathematics, spelling, language arts, social studies, science, art, writing and speech. It also offers special education and Title I classes. The school has a team of paraprofessionals and offers an accelerated reader program. It has a media center that provides a range of books, journals, magazines and Internet access. Harley A. Harmon Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that organizes a range of events and activities for students, teachers and parents. The school is a part of the Clark County School District.
