Dr. Garrett Arizala, a board certified optometrist, has been practicing at the Sam's Club Vision Center located on the NW corner of Eastern and Serene since 2002. Patients do not need a Sam's Club membership to enjoy low warehouse prices on contact lenses or glasses. All eye exams are conducted in a courteous and professional manor and include checks for cataracts, glaucoma and other ocular diseases. A rigorous and up to date protocol is kept for treatment of infection, allergies and dry eye. Dr. Arizala encourages eye exams for children and sees ages 4 and up at his office.
