Highest commendation to Dr Feller and his staff for excellent customer service since I started treatment in Nov of 2016 until I had my braces off just last month. I would have to say that I am so thankful for the wisdom that led me to choose Feller Orthdontics when I moved from LA almost 2 years ago. I have never regretted the choice.

Bekah and Danielle, you are amazing!! You are truly the epitome of excellence. You both embody what true customer service really is. Each visit has been very plesant — both of you are always warm and accommodating.

I always refer to real-life experiences when I do my trainings and you are one of my shining examples of how it is supposed to be — efficient service and very good customer service experience.

I do know that my utmost priority is treatment. And I am very pleased with my results! It just feels great!

I also want to mention that Linda and Karen are also equally amazing; always welcoming and always made me feel right at home! They have just have this really good persona about them that radiates.

Feller Orthodontics is absolutely THE best Ortho office in Las Vegas! Everyone is professional, nice and eager to accomodate patients. I walked in with an expectation and it was EXCEEDED completely!!! Dr. Feller is awesome and I'm very happy to be apart of such a great organization.

I knew from the moment I walked in I was gonna like this place. They were very friendly as I came up to the counter to check in. I was taken into the back for x-rays almost immediately that kind of service never happens in a normal office. Youre usually waiting 10-20 minuets before your seen. After that Maria and Dr.Feller met up with me and we didnt just dive right into why I was there. They asked questions about me and that made me feel not only as a patient but a friend. Then we got into the actual breakdown of my procedure and I understood everything that was gonna happen. Walking out of there after all that I know that they were the right choice and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

We saw these ladies twice today!! Removed the wire before and replaced it after his regular dentist visit. They followed instructions on how to deal with moving teeth and were super kind considering we showed up without an appointment. P was happy, wearing his T-shirt and waking out with a slushee!.

I am so pleased with the service at this office! My kiddos teeth are moving into place so quickly that his wires have broken a few times. The office staff is always so friendly and get him in and out the same day...and very quickly I might add. I am so glad I was referred here!
