I just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the work you and your crew performed on my 2002 Lincoln LS. As you are aware, the car came to you with two problems: the emissions system, and the cooling system. Both of these can be nightmares for an owner, and I must admit I had my share of sleepless nights wondering what could be wrong. However, I was impressed with your experience, expertise and patience in dealing with them. These can be frustrating even for mechanics, but you managed to diagnose and properly repair both. Most people understand that when they find a great mechanic, they never bother looking anywhere else. You can include me in that number - when I am asked for a reference in the future, you will be the one I will recommend highly. Expert auto center supposedly replaced my ignition cables in September 07. Four months later, my car died in the midst of a long trip. I inpsected the cables and they looked much older than 4 months (I am a retired USAF mechanic). Furthermore, this was confirmed by the garage that repaired my vehicle.I explained the situation to the manager at Expert Auto Center, who stated he could produce a reciept proving cables were ordered for my car. He then demanded an apology. Problem is, the receipt doesn't prove they were actually installed, as they obviously weren't.I checked with the BBB and not surprisingly, this company has had complaints in the past.I do not recommend you do business with Expert Auto Center..
