They flake out! Never answer phone calls or return emails! I called 2 weeks in advance to book a party and told everything was set. 3 days before the party, I found out they booked another party without even letting me know. So at last minute, i was calling around town so my son could have ponies at his party like i was telling him all week! They don' take deposits because they know they are FLAKES!!!
