Mortenson and Rafie, LLP was established by two Las Vegas attorneys, Peter Mortenson and Darius Rafie. The Firm now has over 35 years of combined legal experience in handling a wide variety of business and personal cases. In 2007 the firm relocated to its new building which is conveniently located directly off the 1-215 exit at Town Center Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada. Partners Darius Rafie and Peter Mortenson each spent years practicing at larger firms before joining together to provide a big firm experience in a small firm setting. Both Mr. Mortenson and Mr. Rafie have been given an "AV Preeminent" rating by Martindale Hubbell which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary. We apply our extensive experience in providing excellent legal service, while paying close, personal attention to every one of our cases.
