- Pediatric CarePrior to relocating to Las Vegas in 2006, Dr. Rovit was on the faculty of University Hospitals of Cleveland. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Surgeons, the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- Primary CareDr. Ho then completed primary care and ocular disease residency at Gallup Indian Medical Center in New Mexico providing medical optometry to the Navajo Nation in a multi-specialty hospital. He served as the on-call eye provider for a level III trauma center during his residency, providing him with extensive experience with complex cases, ocular emergencies, and trauma.
- GlaucomaRavi Reddy, M.D., F.A.C.S Â received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed his residency at the Case Western School of Medicine/University Hospitals of Cleveland. During his training, he received advanced training in oculoplastic surgery and ocular microsurgery. Over the last several years, he has served as Principal Investigator for numerous FDA-monitored drug studies involving dry eye syndrome and glaucoma. He has a special interest in eyelid disorders such as ptosis, tumors, and malpositions.
- OphthalmologyBrian Alder, M.D. is a fellowship-trained cornea, external disease, and refractive eye surgeon. He received his medical degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina where he interned then advanced to Chief Resident during residency. Dr. Alder published numerous articles and abstracts related to eye conditions and collaborated on cutting-edge corneal surgery research while at Duke. Dr. Alder did his corneal fellowship training at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute/the University of Miami, recognized by U.S. News and World Report as the number one hospital for ophthalmology in the country.

Dr. Adam Rovit specializes in children’s eye conditions including Amblyopia, Strabismus and has removed cataracts in infants & children as young as a few months old. Lazy eye is the layperson’s term for a medical condition called Amblyopia. It is generally a result of poor visual development in early infancy. Premature and low birth weight infants are at greater risk for Amblyopia (Lazy eye). Strabismus is the medical term for crossed eyes; a condition in which both eyes do not focus on the same place at the same time. One eye may turn in, out or down due to weak eye muscles or severe farsightedness.

- Internal MedicineTushina Reddy, M.D. received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School, Inteflex Program, which combined both undergraduate and medical school training. She then completed two years of residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Hospital followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the University Hospital of Cleveland-Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Reddy is the primary clinical investigator for numerous ongoing research trials, keeping our office on the cutting edge of new treatments in the field of ophthalmology. She specializes in cataract and refractive surgery and is accepting new patients. Dr. Reddy is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology (Board Certified), a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and the Clark County Medical Society. She is married to Ravi Reddy, M.D., an ophthalmologist and they have three sons.
