We were pretty disgusted with Craig's Plumbing. Called Craig up & asked if we could get an estimate to have some minor plumbing done. We needed a fireplace gas line moved about 12". On the phone Craig, after describing what we wanted done, said it sounds like it'd take maybe an hour & cost about $100 but someone would have to come out & take a look just to be sure. He said we'd have to pay a $69 service call but that would be credited towards the cost of the work.

When one of Craig's service techs came to take a look he agreed it would take about an hour to do the job. His estimate was $350! We protested & let him know that Craig had said at an hour & with minimal parts it should be about $100. The tech said the parts were about $85. We only needed about 2 elbows, a union & a couple of 6" lengths. $85 seemed like a stretch. He refused to budge off his $350 estimate & said if we don't have the work done then we'd need to pay the $69 service fee. I'd think twice about using them again.

Amazing company! They go out of their way to help us every time.

This plumbing company is very professional and did an awesome job for some replumbing. I would recommend very highly this company. They know what they are doing and not feel like some companies in town.
