- Children's Choice is a full service center that offers an array of programs that reflect the latest knowledge and best practice in our field to the families we serve. We serve children 6 weeks to 12 years. Our child-to-educator ratio is low, and our state-of-the art facility is designed with the highest health and safety standards. In addition to our early care and education programs, we offer: * Before- and after-school care * Backup care, there when you need it the most You will have peace of mind while at work knowing that your little one is not far from you. Our center is near-site, allowing you to visit during the day. The goal of Children's Choice is to make childhood a wonderful and rich experience for every child who enters our doors. Children's Choice educators teach Children's Choice Classics©, our proprietary, literacy-based curriculum. Children's Choice Classics© is drawn from wonderful classic and contemporary books which are developmentally appropriate for infants, toddlers, two-year-olds, preschoolers, and school-age children. Our curriculum develops the whole child: mind, body, social self, and character. It fosters children's critical thinking and creativity by offering concrete learning experiences based on the interests and abilities of the children. This approach to learning promotes a love for reading, teaches a respect for books, and empowers children to become confident, successful lifelong learners. Children's Choice is a member of Character Counts!, a coalition committed to teaching America's children to become people who can be trusted to make good decisions based on principle rather than expediency. In our preschool and school-age classrooms, we focus on the Six Pillars of Character - trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. We provide ideas and activities to encourage these universal values which we believe define us at our best. Children's Choice Learning Centers is the nations premier Employer-Sponsored educational child care company in the United States. Our full service child care centers offer an array of programs and services for infants, toddlers, two-year-olds and preschoolers, PLUS Before- and After-school care, Backup Care and programs during school holidays for children up to age 12. Our early care and education programs reflect the latest knowledge and best practice in this field. Our Educators teach our proprietary, literacy-based curriculum, Children's Choice Classics©, which teaches children the love of books. We serve healthy, family-style meals and snacks. Each child will be served breakfast, lunch, and two snacks each day. A registered dietitian designs our menus for the children, which meet USDA guidelines. Our mission is to offer the highest quality early care and education to each child, every day.
