I saw a Dr here for a year. I paid my co-pays each visit and any extra that was done for every procedure. When they wanted me to do NUMEROUS epiderals (all which did absolutely nothing) I was assured that there would be no additional out of pocket charges. Then 9 months later they gave me a bill for 400.00 and made me sign a promissary note for payment. I was angry because they had lied to me about the charges but I made payments. Then after I changed drs and was out of their system for 3 months, they sent me another 400.00 bill saying that they had not charged me everything I needed to pay when I pay the co-pay for the office visit. The woman in billing is a ____ and she doesn't care what you say. I have never had such dirty underhanded treatment from a medical facility.
