I was referred by someone to go speak to prince when I needed a title loan once again after using Titlemax 3 xs prior to cash cow. Although Titlemax repoed my daddy's truck in may 2014 ( anniversery of my dads passing) after I had paid n full ( error on their part) in march 2014 I was NOT EVER GOING TO DO ANOTHERLOAN ON HIS TRUCK AGAIN FROM ThaT devestating ordeal w Titlemax but needed emergency money once again. After meeting Prince, he made me feel more comfortable about the loan they offered w lower rates & same loan amount. The only thing I'm confused about is that they said I only get 1st Mo interest free but better Mo rate then TM ...if u added it all up I've paid 1025 +/-in 5 months & only 300 of that went to principal on $1500.00 title loan now principal is at 1200.00 due oct. He stated I have 6 Mo ONLY to pay off so that leaves me owing $1200.00 in 24 days! So basically 800-950 in interest( by October 6 Mo is up) on a $1500.00 the lessor of the loans...so in reality I paid MORE WITH CASH COW THAN TITLEMAX (2000 loan& paid total of $2500 w interest in 5 Mo). So WHAT HAPPENS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BENEFIT IF I DONT HAVE 1200 IN OCT..I KEEP PAYING IINTEREST OF 180+/- until I have the entire 1200? I call bullish** on this raw deal...I hope that someone in corporate is sensible enough to cut some of their greedy interest to their customers since they are in all do respect " the hands that feeds their mouths & corp funds" .. this is forcing me to research legally for my rights for them not to take my dads truck that's worth $9000 & how I can be spared this legal ROBBERY for a service loan & stating customer satisfaction guaranteed!!! Hope you have a nice raise in your ACCTS from my money & extreme stress of my sentimental value at stake!! Any advise customers?

I have to say the employees here (Prince and Bree)....hope I didn't spell those wrong.....have to be some of the most patient understanding people in this business. I have had plenty of payday loans over the years and I defaulted on my payment(s) at Cash Cow and even though they call me all the time (and they have every right too, since I don't return calls....) they are extremely nice and patient with me and have never been anything but supportive. I will definately make sure to pay what I owe. Honestly, you just don't find people like this anymore =)
