I had been using Boston cleaners while living here on a temp basis, when I moved to Southern Highlands, I became a regular customer and find the quality impressive and the customer service top notch~ When I was searcing the super pages to get the number to give to a neighbor, I was surprised to see the negitive review. On the contrary, I am a satisfied customer who not only is very happy with all Boston cleaners offers, but enough so I am sending my neighbors over there for their dry cleaning needs!

I had to take a shirt back 6x and they still did not have it correct. They also messed up on an alteration the suit cost 1200.00 They did not even give me a credit on my account for the poor work they did. The manager at this branch has no customer service skills what so ever. Try another branch or a different cleaners altogether.
