We had Diana do our 2008 taxes. She seemed nice, and we ignored her smelly, disorganized disaster of an office. She took a credit that she assured us we qualified for, and then we were audited. The credit she took was not valid, and we now owe the IRS $9,747 in back taxes, penalties, and interest, all by the end of the month! When we called Diana about it, she simply said that this is her busy time and we would have to call her some other time. Run, run, RUN far away from this incompetent tax preparer!!!

I've used there services since 1999 and wouldn't go anywhere else. They're the best!
