I purchased vinyl shutters with a lifetime warranty. The shutters need a repair on the tilt rod. This company is refusing to assist me in getting the issue corrected. I would never buy any products from them. Buyer definitely beware!

I too have been ripped off!! After talking to a few other companies i found out all of there suppleirs have cut them off for non payment and that's why I can't get my blinds. I am probably never going to see my money or my blinds

this place is shady from the start! they send out people dressed in rags, smell like cigarettes, and look as if they hire homeless people off the street. i would avoid this business at all cost. call a more professional business!

Avoid this shady business at all cost. they stole my money and will not return phone calls. it's been several months since i ordered my shutters and still have not recieved the product. rip off artist!

if you don't plan on seeing your money again use them. otherwise, stay away! once they have your deposit - you're at there mercy
