The ABSOLUTE worst service of any retail establishment you will ever deal with. I ordered a carpet cleaner online. After the 1 1/2 weeks of shipping it is in this store --- yet they refuse to send a pick up notice. Phone calls go unanswered, out you are placed on hold until you just give up. Visit Target 1 block south or ANY other retailer and save yourself the headache.

Always treated right and always helpful

Best buy have the worst costumer care that I seen ever, If you are trying the obtain your money back for any cause, in my case is a store's fault, they don't have it the item in stock, is a nightmare.



Don't buy over there.

The store personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The review prior to this one is ridiculous. He has a small problem and bashes the whole store. I suspect he caused his own problem.

As in any Best Buy store, the prices are right and I have never had any problem finding any product I want.

Your staff in undertained and are incapable of reading and understanding the cuponds that you produce, nationally. They cancelled my sim card and created a problem for the use of my cell-phonem and would not honor the cupond I received from you, in the mail.
