ART-IS-ZEN® was registered in November of 2004 as aderivation of the term, 'artisan'-a skilled manual workerwho makes items that may be functional or strictlydecorative, and established in July of 2012 in Las Vegas,NV. Work officially began in October of 2015 withrenovations of a home office and neighboring properties.The last five years were spent at in a downtown live/workoffice focused primarily on tenant improvement projectsfor local small businesses. ART-IS-ZEN® is positioned to handle a variety ofcommercial and multi-family projects. With a growingdemand for affordable housing and commercial developmentin the Greater Vegas Valley, we are exploring newmethods to tackle larger and more complex projects,while still offering a full-line of professional services inarchitectural design and engineering disciplines. Buildingour team in the new year will also allow us to seeking outopportunities in both institutional and government work.
