Been waiting since July 30th to have my refrigerator repaired, this company is contracted through AHS(AMERICAN HOME SHIELD) I have small children and no where to store food they came out had to order part, put part in still not working, called again they came again turned up a dial in the back said give it 8 hours to charge up, needless to say it's been 168 hours and still not working, I'm paying for service that I am not receiving, I have to buy food every day because I have no where to store it and they don't care because they have a working refrigerator!!!! I'm seriously thinking about cancelling AHS and finding another company with reputable contractors!!!

Won't let me rate as ZERO. Also had to use them through AHS. I am currently waiting for them to show up to fix my washer...after 10 days waiting. Technician actually asked me for the manual in order to diagnose problem with washer!!! Run far far away from these guys.

Can't rate as zero. Showed up and asked for my washers manual to diagnose the problem! Searched his iPhone to try and fix then stated it was 1 of 2 things wrong and would contact me to reschedule to fix! Had to contact AHS 3 times to figure out what was going on and now sitting waiting for them to show up and fix my washer...10 days later! I have no confidence that he will be able to repair, if he even shows up! Stay clear of these guys as they are completely incompetent. I will be cancelling my AHS warranty as I will not do business with anyone using these guys as repairmen. Call ANYONE other than this "company."

Horrible service-do not use!! We had to use them through AHS. They have no idea what they are doing, all repairs are through trial and error, they arrive late (if at all), never return phone calls. Worst service EVER

Absolutly the worst service I EVER had. it took them 3 weeks to fix my appliance and they never returned any phone calls during that time. Do not use these people

If it were possible I'd post a minus one start, just awful company. Totally unreliable, show late, no show, lie saying they called to set appointments. They were used by AHS and they will never be allowed back in my home.
