I called Action Air because of all of the reviews I saw on this site. We had an inexperienced HVAC tech whom also was a relative work on our units only to have made the situation worse and gave up leaving us with a lot of issues with our two units. Charlie was our tech and let me just tell you he was AMAZING! Our issues weren't easy to diagnose. He was able to diagnose ALL of the problems, explained in detail what was wrong and even shared in our humor of letting a family member work on our AC. He came out on Saturday but had to order the part so he said he would be back on Monday. Not having an appointment set up for Monday we felt like we were priority on his list because he showed up at 8am. I can't speak for any other tech at Action Air - but Charlie is a true asset to this company. His mannerism and honesty will get my business and referrals in the future!
