“A-Z Women's Center is a private gynecology practice in Las Vegas, NV. Since our inception over 18 years ago, we have provided gynecological and abortion services by a board-certified OB/GYN. We offer supportive and safe abortion services to those who are considering or have chosen to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. Our services include:• Urine pregnancy tests, blood pregnancy tests • Ultrasounds • The abortion pill - RU-486 • First trimester abortions • Second trimester abortions• Birth control options (pills, patch, ring, and shot)• STD testing• Cervical cancer screening. We provide abortion services in our office up to 18.6 weeks into the pregnancy. Each person is given an ultrasound to confirm and estimate the gestational age of the pregnancy.
