Getting a loved one out of jail is already horrible. 911 Bail bonds made the process so simple. They explained the process and had answers to all my questions. Upon completion of the paper work, the bonds were in route to be posted, texting me with an update that the bonds were posted. My friend was released withing a few hours. Not impressed with the customer service at all! I was hung up on several times because the owner only heard two sentences that I said, and then proceeded to hang up on me, even though I called back several times to convey my needs, I kept getting hung up on.My recommendation is to choose another bail bonds, there's plenty out there. This operation is a JOKE!

This company is called 911 but I believe it needs to dial 411 in order to get some information about how to help someone get out of jail faster.
