My address is 985 Shakespeare Ln. I don't know the name of my driver, but yesterday (14 Oct.014) I passed out in my driveway while going out to meet the truck. The driver ran over to me and seeing that I was awake , supported me bake to my house. He was most kind and concerned and asked if there was anyone else at home to take care of me. He deserves at least a pat on the back and I feel he reflects well upon your business.

The TV news is advising customers with orders to be aware of thieves. My UPS carrier use to leave the packages inside my gate on the front porch and ring the doorbell. Now my deliveries arrive outside the gate in plain sight. An ideal location for thieves.
