Dr. Seacat gave me a prescription for a particular brand of contacts. I am very uncomfortable in them and find them outrageously expensive (around $75 a box). He told me that if I had any problems with the prescription that I should come back and he would change the brand, that follow-up appointments were included in the appointment cost. After a few weeks of discomfort trying out the brand Dr. Seacat gave me, I decided that I preferred my former brand that I had been wearing for over 3 years (around $20 a box). As per his instructions I called the office. The staff was extremely rude and gave me the run around before telling me that Dr. Seacat refused to rewrite the prescription and would require me to come in for another appointment at another $30 charge if I wanted the prescription changed. I informed the staff that he had told me he would be willing to change the prescription at my last appointment and asked to speak with him. The staff again refused. I actually went down
