I’ve been to lots of gyms around the country, and this one is my favorite so far. Good air circulation, plenty of space, and best of all, a friendly and helpful staff. They’re not currently a 24-hour gym as typically advertised, but that’s out of their control with the COVID restrictions.

I go to Fitness One everyday and most of the people are nice but there's always 1-2 guys working that stare and make me feel uncomfortable while I workout. Other than that the gym is clean and well kept. The people around you are for the most part nice and thoughtful, sometimes old ladys pester you off a machine and make you feel rushed which ruins my workout. The smoothly bar is pretty good, and the aqua massage is very relaxing.

Fitness one claims to be 24 hour fitness, however if you show up to workout in the early hours of the morning between 12 and 2 A.M. you will be kicked out of the sauna and locker rooms by a rude little man with a bad attitude. I think his name is Don, watch out for this guy. He did not even have the courtesy to let my girlfriend finish getting ready to leave the gym. He basically told her to get the hell out of the ladies locker room because he had to clean it and if she had a problem with it to come to the gym at a different time. And this has occurred more than once. Maybe the owners should shut the gym down one hour a day so Don can clean up around the place and nobody else will have to deal with him. Nice gym, would be nicer without this little guy Don.

Fitness 1 is without a doubt the best gym in town. A bright friendly staff, always willing to help... clean facility, awesome new equipment. 10 stars!

I have been a member for a few months and I love it so much I go everyday! I love the cardio theater, I hop on a machine and watch tv and before I know it i've been on for over an hour. My favorite machine is called "the wave" it's great cardio and toning for your legs. I havent tried the smoothie bar or the saunas yet so not sure how they are. The rock wall hasn't been open since i've been a member. I'm kinda sad about that. It was what got me in the door and i haven't been able to use it. The tanning packages are good and the beds are clean, would be nice if they played music though.

Front desk employees or managers were very blunt and rude consistently, and not just with me, I heard complaints from my friends as well. nice clean gym, good machines, horrible staff.

I've been going to fitness one since they opened. I have been completely satisfied. The sauna is great to loosen up a bit before actually stretching. Makes the stretch feel much better. Depending on what my work out is i do bounce between the free weights, free motion, and cable machines. I finish off with cardio so that i can cool down. My heart rate is already up so i burn more calories. By now my girlfriend is done with her zumba class which shes trying to make time for some of their other classes. We get a aqua message to keep loose then race up the rock climbing wall. Winner grabs our son from the day care and the looser has to buy the smoothies on our way out. This is probably the only hour and a half through out the day that I'm not stressing over work, bills, or anything else. And if i cant make it to work out on time their open 24 hours. This is defiantly a gym i would suggest as a form of stress release or health retention.

People at desk are rude and hard to work with, after deciding to switch to another gym they continued to withdraw a monthly fee from my banking account after I had canceled. I called and complained and asked for a refund and they lady I spoke with was very rude and refused to refund the money saying I was suppose to get charged for one more month and that someone should have told me. Tired of wasting my time trying to get the money back I left it at that as a lose. Until today another month later today now when i found another charge from them on my bank account, I keep trying to call them but it goes to a fax. I had to call my bank and put a hold on the account. Save yourself the pain and moneyloss of dealing with these a**holes,a gym is suppose to be a friendly enviroment so people can look forward to going to work out!

Pro: This gym is very well equipped for anyone of any age to reach their desired physical goals. I was a member for over 6 months and enjoyed their 24/7 hour with my busy work schedule. Con:I was very disappointed with their support in having to cancel membership due to an unforseen move out of town. I canceled my membership one week before membership fees were due but was still held liable for them. I understood the fee was not reversible but felt some other means could have been worked out for an unusable month's membership fee charged. I do hope in the future that their staff is better trained to make sure prior satisfied clients are aware of the fine print in the contract.
