      Founded in1962, Cardiovascular Associates of Marin & San Francisco provides cardiac care and is located in Larkspur, Calif. Its cardiac rehabilitation center s exercise-based program provides instruction in exercise within specific guidelines. It offers medical nutrition therapy for weight loss, cholesterol management, diabetic management, hypertension and other medical conditions. Its total atherosclerosis management program includes an exercise program, diet modification, stress management and group support. Its testing center s services include echocardiogram, event recording and Holter monitoring. Its vascular program offers treatment of aortic aneurysm, carotid artery disease, thrombosis, venous ulcers and thoracic outlet syndrome.
