I was assured by the salesman when I purchased the flooring that the store had the best installers in the area. This turned out to be false as the flooring was improperly installed (as confirmed by the flooring manufacturer). The owner did make a financial adjustment but I was forced to purchase rugs to cover the improper installation. I would not use again.
