Absolutely worst service ever ... I've been here a couple times, but this morning was so up set, I came and order a custom pony tail for my hair.. The one took my order was different with the one made it, that's why they misunderstood each other so they gave me the wrong what I want, I asked the lady who made it ( actually she's also the owner ) fix it for me, but she so rude , she told me 'you're already paid it and you have to take it, can not return' , and walked away very fast, her staff look at me and say ' so sorry she is the boss, we can't help you'.. Omg.. How dare she treat her customer like that.. It so so rude I never come back this place again .... Horrible!! Horrible !!!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service ever. The women that work in this place are EXTEMELY rude. I have purchased hair for extensions in my salon for years. Recently, I have experienced horrible results with the Lord and Cliff and Soprano's brand. I have had extensive training in various extension. Recently the last 5 sets of extensions that I have done have all complained of the extensions slipping and the hair falling out of the actual bonds. I took one customer back into the store with me to show them what was happening and they told me "they have had no other complaints" yet I spoke with other stylist in the area that have said them same. In addition, I spoke with the young man who works there and he said the indeed have had issues with the hair sheding from the bonds and the bonds slipping. I asked them if I could return the hair and get a refund. I was told no!! One specific customer paid 500.00 and she had 10 strands in her head after 30 days. This is ridiculous. They said it was b/c she didn't take care of the properly. The lady has had extensions for 6 years and has NEVER had a problem. The other girl whose extensions are falling out is a stylist and she DEF. KNOWS how to take care of them. I'm afraid to see what I am in for with the other customers who I have put them in recently. I WILL NEVER get hair from this place again. When I expressed concern the old woman who runs the store said "where else are you going to get hair??? there is no where else so you just have to deal w/ the hair" NO I don't. If I have to order the hair I will but I REFUSE to use substandard hair on my clients. HORRIBLE

At first glance the Silk Beauty Supply store appears small from the outside, however upon entry it's amazing to see that it's a one stop beauty supply warehouse. Selling to both individuals and beauticians they carry fake and real hair products and everything else imaginable relating to hair and scalp, for all ages, sexes, cultures and at a wide range of prices. In addition they have beauty, skin, and nail products, jewelry, stockings, etc. Silk Beauty Supply's service is beyond compare as they offer one-on-one personal attention to customers when needed without time being an issue. I am a woman who cares about her appearance, I find Silk Beauty Supply to be a great place to shop among the items I rarely get to see anywhere else.

I went there and they made me custom extensions for under 100$ AND REAL HUMAN HAIR... Every other place was over 100$ for synthetic! Their selection is absolutely amazing and they are helpful as well!
