I realized it was a year ago I bought Ripley at Petland of Largo. Wanted to send a little progress report. She goes to work with me, has traveled on planes to different states. Makes friends with everyone she meets. Loves to be outside running with other dogs no matter what their size. Playing fetch with her ball or rolling in the grass. Ripley has the sweetest face, the kindest disposition, is healthy, happy and I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. Thank you again for my sweet Ripley!

The staff at Petland of Largo is so knowledgeable and it's apparent that they all love animals. I trust a store that feeds their own pets the same stuff they recommend to you. I would definitely recommend this store for all of your pet needs.

Petland of Largo store with good looking setup clean store and helpful staff. They have a good variety of fish, I haven't cycled my new fish tank so I asked if they could hold a koi for a week and they said no problem, cool place great prices, recommend .

Puppies are all ill, loaded with parasites, and are purchased from puppy mills. Health certificates indicate healthy but the puppy is dying of parvo or pneumonia. Staff knows nothing off diseases and proper disinfecting techniques. Company is evil

I came into this store 3 days in a row looking for just the right dog for our family. The staff was patient and understanding with me coming so often. Turns out, I didn't find the right dog, They found me! We chose right at closing time but they did not rush us. They took their time to explain the needs of my new baby and answered all questions. I am very pleased with this shop.

This pet store is great. One of the employees helped me and told me cool discounts that not many people know about supposedly. We brought our kitty to get washed here and were super pleased! The prices are totally affordable, the staff was awesome, and when we picked up our cat he smelled like blueberries! Great company

My puppy goes shopping here EVERYDAY!!! OOOKKAY!!! The nicest staff welcomes him with a belly rub! He eats the best organic / grain free wet /dry foods available. I enjoy spoiling him , so thats why we visit Petlandargo.

Such a great place! Boyfriend and I adopted a kitten from here and he's grown into such the amazing cat; even friends that come over and don't like cats.. Fall in love with him! He's so animated and playful. The staff was helpful with the adoption process and everything went quick and smooth. I like how they take the time to interview you to make sure their animals are going to a good home. Can't wait until the expansion is revealed! Thanks guys!!

We absolutely love this store. We have been coming to this store for more than 20 years. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make sure that we find what we need and that it is the right product for our needs. My kids really enjoy playing with the animals. Over the years, we have purchased fish, hamsters, parakeet and a Lab puppy. Our son really wants a bearded dragon. Give them a try - they are better than any of the other stores in the area.

Best pets and supplies in the Tampa Bay area My wife and I thought about getting a puppy for a long time. Well last year, we were at the movies in the Largo Mall when we visited the Petland store next to the movie theater. They have a large selection of puppies and we spent a long time playing with many of them. The staff was very helpful and patient with us as played with each one. They asked about our lifestyle and family and helped us pick out a Labrador Retriever. He is just the best dog in the world. We have been back to the Petland of Largo every month since to get dog food and Frontline. Their prices are amazing. I am not sure how they beat Petsmart prices but they are always lower.

NOOOOOOOOO! DO NOT BUY AN ANIMAL FROM ANY PETLAND!!!! Animals are over priced and DO come from puppy mills. Our first dachshund died in 2006 from health complications & we were dumb enough to buy a second one from them 2 years ago for $800 who's legs and chest are deformed, (pure bread huh?) He can hardly walk, he has skin problems and he just for no reason started having seizures. His ex-rays show he has serious spinal problems and petland says they'll credit us money towards the purchase of a new animal. WHY WOULD I WANT A NEW ANIMAL FROM THEM? We're out $800 and can now look forward to a life time (however long that may be) of continuous medical bills and prescriptions. Save yourself money and heartbreak, stay away from Petland stores in any location and find a reputable breeder.

My family has two dogs and a hamster from this store. They have taken great care of us over the past 10 years. They are helpful and have some great products. My kids love to play with different animals every time we go into the store.

We have bee customers of this store for 15 years. We have purchased 3 dogs and a bird from them and we love this store! Our kids love to play with the animals whenever we are in the Largo Mall

We purchased our puppy from Petland on Jan.31, 2009 .He died one week later from Parvo a very contagious intestinal disease . The puppy had to be at a Vet and could not come home and died there. The puppies were all together and being handed back and forth . All of the puppies could be infected with parvo. Be very careful when purchasing your pet there. Go on line and check out all the cases of Parvo sick dogs from Petland across the country. The Humane Society is warning consumers about the dogs purchased from Petland. We did not check this pet store out befoer we purchased our little puppy. They hope that you will walk in and your emotions take over. The dogs are very expensive and they are sick.We had our dog for two days before it became ill and who knows what type of care it got for Parvo as we were not allowed to see the dog or have contact with the vet because of the policy of Petland to pay for the care. It was the most heartwrenching experience we've had
