After locking myself out of my house with only my cell phone on a Saturday afternoon, I was extremely fortunate to find Stephen Walters, owner of AAA Lock Masters. He arrived as promised 15 minutes later and got my door open. Because it was a new "smart lock", the cylinder had to be drilled out of the door knob, and I was delighted that Mr Walters was also able to replace the cylinder and rekey it so that I can use the same key that also fits the deadbolt. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Mr, Walters was professional, efficient and very neat and I highly recommend him.
