Pushy, sarcastic, over priced and the salesman (there is one!) doesn't follow up with what they say they are going to do and then questions why you didn't choose them. I felt like I had a pushy houseguest in my home- had to explain why the baby needed attention, had to get him a glass of water (that I didn't offer) and never got back to me with another plan/estimate after the first one was incorrect based on detailed information that was given (in writing via email!) ahead of time.
