I have gone to Book Bank for years to purchase books for personal reading as well as for both of my daughters for school reading requirements. I find Book Bank to have a well stocked selection and rarely have I not been able to find what I was looking for. On that rare occasion I found the staff to be very accommodating to get me the book by the date that my daughter needed it for school. I have always experienced a helpful and pleasant staff. As an employee of a small family owned business, I try to support family owned local businesses and the personal attention I have received at Book Bank over the years keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this business.

This business treats people poorly. A family member spends hundreds of $ at this store due to her crazy romance novel addiction. Because of this, I KNOW they have a restroom. At some point, they decided it is not a PUBLIC bathroom, even for their loyal customers and their families. They have a sign on their door in the back that says Employee's only, NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. I was there with the family member who spends all that $ and happened to have a bathroom emergency. I kindly asked if I could PLEASE use their restroom. I was told no, it was not a public restroom. I was angered because I have worked in small retail stores, and we always let the customers use our restrooms. You may think that is petty, but here are some other beefs: I'd say 85% of their stock is trashy romance novels. You are not going to read or learn anything new. Oh, and if you're a student, don't think you would be able to get a job there. Their hiring signs say "NO STUDENTS". Can you spell discrimination? BOYCOTT!
