Unimpressed to impressed. Had appointment with owner Jim for a/c estimate replacement in the mourning. He was a no show and he finally called at end of day. Jim showed the next day and apologized but went on to explain that he was short a tech and secretary and slammed with service calls. I appreciate the fact that he took care of existing customers instead of just trying to add more. That's how you build a business with loyal customers. His install crew, frank, Ronnie and Jonathan were on time and very professional. Despite a technological glitch that extended their stay, until resolved, they made it fell like 3 guys visiting instead of a home invasion. Highly recommend Arctic air.
