Lack of business etiquette. Placed an order for valentines day that was not received. The owner took the phone of the hook valentines day because they were busy, never mind the customers who were wondering if there order was being delivered. I had to personally go to the place of business and speak to owner herself. Can u believe not even an apology.....just that they didn't have flowers to fulfill orders. To top if off I get a phone call two days later asking if I want my flowers delivered on Monday, still no apology and them wanting to still charge valentines day prices ......the sheer odacity of these people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place of business.

These people are unprofessional!

Made an order 2 weeks ahead of time and still didn't receive flowers. They refuse to give refunds to husband who is currently serving in Afghanistan and who wanted to just make this Valentine's Day special to his wife.

They will try to give credit to buy there in the future instead of giving refund, but who would want to deal with them once again after being so inconsiderate, unprofessional, and simply unsatisfactory.



We're still waiting for our refund. And I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
