Service coordinators assist persons with special needs, low-income families, and people residing in affordable housing. Service coordinators assist individuals in locating and acquiring the services needed for them to remain self-sufficient and obtain services they need to maintain adequate living situation (Medically, Educational, Financial Services amongst others). Service coordinators provide assistance and access to community-based supports and resources for low-income families to achieve self sufficiency and economic independence.
