I called Polos today at 9:30 and the nice man who answered the phone not only said he could help me the same day, he arrived at my home in 45 minutes. He was prepared, had plenty of different spring sizes in his truck, and after he fixed the huge mistake Laredo overhead doors caused, he the entirely fixed my garage door springs in 30 minutes, and gave the entire door a Tune Up! He oiled all areas and tightened the panel screws to eliminate the cracks in my panels. Plus, Polos work comes with a written 1 year warranty. I can't say enough great things about his service and obvious EXPERIENCE...Thank God Laredo actually has a good, honest, experienced RepairMan!!
