A friend of mine had her wedding her we all loved the place it's nice convent beautiful but it all fall down on the people who are running it!

The lady we talked to the whole time informed us that she would have a wedding coordinator the day of the event yet she never got to meet her or talk to her at any point. The day of the wedding the lady was just standing there in a corner never introduced herself or said I am coordinator just stood there.

Another thing was when it was time to discuss the music the lady said just tell us what kind of music you want to be played and the list of song and we will get it done. They were suppose to meet with the DJ but that never happened so my friend made her own cd just to be safe with specific instructions of what need to be played when it was time. The day of the wedding during the announcement of the bridal party they messed up on the parents names. During the 1st dance the song was cut off.

Those ladies the whole time stood there and did nothing about it. We the supports of the bride took action to straighten everything out we took over that place after that. We all made sure everything went as it needed to from then on. I as the maid of honor did not sit the rest of the night to ensure everything went according to schedule with the help of the others as we'll we made that day for them become the environment it needed to be a day of celebration and action.

Yo si recomiendo este lugar. . Recientemente tuve un evento donde tanto las duenas como el personal que trabaja alli se portaron de lo mas cordial. Soy una persona muy exigente y todo fue a mi gusto.

I want to thank the ladies running tge Mirage reception hall. We just had my sister's quincenera there and it was outstanding! Everything was very well organized from beginning to end. Food service, music, cake, and arrangements were awesome! I loved it!! There was never a dull moment that day, the dance floor was never empty n the servers were great, very attentive! Anything I asked for was at our service. Friends from out of town enjoyed our special event and were very amazed at how well everything looked. I'm a very hard person to please but I was more than satisfoed and very happy that my sister enjoyed this special day. I highly recommend this place, it gives you an awrsome experience!! Thank you ladies for making this event a success!

No recomiendo este lugar. Las mujeres que están acargo son muy groseras especialmente la de cabello guero. No te dejan escoger tus propios colores y aparte son muy criticonas. El pastel que yo elegí en una foto no era nada parecido a lo que escogí y los meseros no son nada profesionales. Una de las sras de allí partió mi pastel en vez que mi esposo y yo lo cortáramos juntos. Como es posible!!?? Dicen que son sumamente profesionales pero no respetaron mi boda religiosa; tenían la música a todo vuelo y luego cuando se les dijo que bajaran la música dijo la sra. de cabello guero "ay van estar muy aburrido los invitados". Donde esta el "disque" respeto????? La verdad y honestamente no recomiendo este lugar para nada.

I had my wedding at this place and the two ladies running this were very rude. When it came for me to select the linen, they weren't very cooperative and would make faces and comments of the linen I have selected (especially that lady in blonde hair). They claim to be "professional" at what they do but fail to demonstrate it. The day of my wedding the waiters didn't even look professional nor did they at least tried to be polite with my guests, and to top it off the wedding cake I selected was not even close to what I wanted and by the way, my wedding cake was cut by some unknown woman that works at that place I didn't even got to take a picture with my cake because that darn lady had already placed the cake into plates. I was so angry! After all the bad service, I had to pay an extra $300 for people who didn't even show up after I had told the blonde haired lady that a certain amount of guests will not show up. They don't even give you samples of the cake bread, plus they just pressure you so much to make a decision on the food you will be selecting. This place lacks coordination. Extremely disorganized!!! Place from inside is very nice but such unprofessional and awful people running this place (expensive as well!!!)
