Sent me a ridiculous email addressed to Customer. Asked them to respond directly to earn my business. Sent same type generic email in response. Uneducated team and management trying to survive in the Laredo they grew up in instead of the Laredo that is becoming. Don't waste your time with this dealership unless you are satisfied with foolish staff who can't keep up with the world around them and live off whatever business falls into their laps that they don't have to actually earn like grown ups.

Bad sales service and servicing your vehicle at this dealership is even worse. I suggest driving to San Antonio to buy and service your vehicle.
