Office staff is not serious about patient rights to know and patient care. Had they been serious professionals in a healthcare setting they would attend to communicating fairly with the patients regarding the patients needs. Their method leads to frustration, concern around the quality of care, and questionable common decency in dealing with people with illness. As evidenced by their orgainizational behavior, they just do not care except when it comes to money, then they respond. We find that when this occurs in doctors' offices that it is suggesting that the doctors themselves set the bar by training their staff accordingly or they do not attend to training thier staff. Interestingly this office publishes a healthy written contract on the rights of the patient; moreover, the reality is that is seemingly just a publicity stunt.
