Worst Service everWe had a terrible experience, my daughter bought a graduation dress two months in advance, after two months the dress did not arrive, after many callings we received many excuses, some excuses were the manufacturer mistake, employee made a mistake, apparently two times they send the wrong dress, the owner always denied to talk to us. They say the dress will arrive one day before the graduation ceremony and did not. The dress did not arrive, we requested the money back, they denied to give us the money, they gave us the wrong dress promising to give us the correct one the following week (after graduation party). The dress did not arrive after three weeks. A complete fraudulent and always lying to us. After talking to the owner he gave us a lot of excuses, and he had an arrogant position, never recognize their terrible attitude and service. This is the worst experience we ever had. Terrible store, do not buy this store, unless you want to experience the same. Prepare for the worst!! This is fraudulent!!Esta tienda es un completo asco, pedimos un vestido dos meses antes de la graduacin y el vestido llego dos semanas tarde. El encargado un tal Marco nunca se molesto en entender el problema, se la paso dando excusas y sus empleadas hicieron lo mismo que el. Todos en esa tienda echan mentiras siempre niegan al tal Marco y segn nunca se encuentra. Cuando por fin lo encontramos, le explicamos todo el problema y el arrogantemente se burlo y dijo que el no saba nada y que nos esperramos tres das mas para recibir el vestido.Este negocio es una burla, lo peor es la manera en que se comportan los dueos parece que te estn haciendo un favor por un vestido de $500.00 Dlls. Esta tienda es de lo peor junto con sus dueos, no vayan a comprar a este lugar si no quien salir defraudados y siempre con mentiras y abusos. Es un robo y la gente de lo peor. Rating -5 (menos cinco estrellas). LO PEOR!!!!

Thank you lord for helping me find this wonderful people at this shop. I found not only the most beautiful dress for my daughter but the dress for all the damas . I have been hearing lots of negative comments on this shop but let me tell you. The experience I have with them has been wonderful I feel like I'm home. I have seen people go order there dress and only give a down payment and expect that the dress is ready for the day of there event with out them paying it in full. They are running a business not a charity place people let be really order what you can afford and not what you want without checking your budget first. With that said please go and see for yourself please you will see there are great people like you and me. Thank you Mara , Nellie and Marcos

I do not recommend DiFrance to anyone, they do not have in house seamstress/stylist, therefore you have to rely on measurements and fittings back and forth between the office staff. I bought a custom made dress for my daughters homecoming and it was a complete disaster!!! The material was cheap, the zipper would not stay clasped (keep sliding down), there was visible sewing done outside dress, and the dress had blood spots from prickled fingertips on inside of dress (dress was white). I had to take it to another seamstress and got it fixed, this seamstress stated that it was an amateur job, rushed and poorly made. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP---unless you want to be greatly disappointed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, the problem is the lack of in house seamstress and the owner's hiring of unskilled seamstresses.
