The staff is wonderful here. Just wish housekeeping would not come by like 10 times between 7 and 10 lol buy all in all a great place to stay. Just wish there was more to do besides walk to restaurants to get food. At least you are getting your work out.

All personnel here are friendly and fun to talk to. Shuttle is very responsive when you call and that means a lot when you arrive in Laredo. Late at night.

Great front desk service. They were understanding and fast to call you back to get the problem fixed. I like the Value Inn, its quiet and has sort of a home feeling to it.

Besides of the breakfast that is a mess in the coordination but also for the education of the people, this is a very convenience hotel for staying with the family, with good attention, clean and very well located, excellent and huge swimming pool with BBQ grills available. I definitely will recommend and stay again...
