Called about a clog in my toilet and rather than just coming out, fixing it and then charging me, they ran down a list of things I could try myself to fix the problem- for FREE. Much appreciated! If I ever have a problem, I will definitely call DOE again.

Good prompt service, reasonable pricing. Had them fix a leaky showerhead. Made apointment, it was kept, contractor was on time, and provided effewctive service.
