Staff does not seem very involved as residents are sitting alone with no one assisting them. Residents sitting in recliners slumped over in what looks like very uncomfortable positions. Resident in wheelchair also not positioned properly with only top of back touching wheelchair because they are too far forward and also slumped to the side, very uncomfortable and probably not safe. No one helping residents at meal time, many with food all over their faces and clothes, one resident with mucus running into her mouth while staff stood near kitchen talking. Resident at the table with my friend asked me as a guest for help because staff as she said "they don't help us, I don't know what to do". Looks like a lovely building but care is much more important than a pretty environment. Very disappointed!
