Etiquette

• To maximize your spa experience
  we ask all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out any necessary paperwork while enjoying the warmth of a shoulder and neck heating pad as you wait

• Arriving past you appointment time will result in either a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment.
  Should the service be shortened, the guest is still responsible for payment for the entire service

• In order for the full enjoyment for all our guests.
  We ask that all cell phones be put to silent or vibrate and that calls are limited to the lobby or outside area. We also ask that you maintain a low voice in the spa area

• All packages require a credit card to block the appointment.
  Any cancellations or changes need to be made within 24 hours of the appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee

• Due to the demand of services, all appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

• Please be advised a 50% "no show" fee may be applied if you fail to call ahead to cancel your appointment.
