      Great customer service! It starts with the free drink tokens that you can take to Sonic and get a drink while you wait. And then today, I took my car back for an oil leak that had occured since my last oil change. They found their mistake, fixed it, topped off the oil THEN insisted, unprovoked, to come to my house and remove the oil stain from my driveway and garage floor.
