O starts!! Only put it because I had too!!Had a terrible experience at this store. We Went in for an alignment which was done improperly and Noel the store manager admitted that he was going to correct his and his staff mistake by first offering a free oil change which We declined then free alignment for a year to resolve the matter which Then they proceeded to work on my car knowing the problem was due to the camber caster being loose and busting my upper control arm bushing which theyre arguing that The looseness of the camber caster is what caused the whole problem of the first intial alignment (might I add my car has already fully rebuilt suspension). After this, Sunday I picked up my car they told me that they corrected the problem and that they're not going to fix the bushings and sends me out the store as if they corrected the alignment yet to still get in the car and it's pulling 2 lanes to the left had to bring it into the store yet again which Tony P claimed he couldn't touch it due to Noel not being there had no remores very rude and unprofessional as if it wasn't a tire plus more like a Noel plus.They lied to kiara the customer service rep who we had to speak to for 2 days before getting to another rep named Bonnie who finally gets a hold of the store manager JAMES aka Jim because they can only get a hold of them by email?! I even called corporate for James then he called.Now proper steps are being taken to fix my car and so far pleased with the store on 10th and congress staffs efforts service and work done to fix the issue and I do highly recommend 10th ave tire plus.. but still waiting on a call back to resolve the entire issue because we had to go through a claim and investigation before they can fix their mistake that was clearly from the alignment job done by this hypoloxo store which allowed me to get in my car and drive it this way knowing they did not fix the issue putting my family and I lives in danger with this loose camber caster!However I'm still waiting back to hear what's the resolution or what they got off their "investigation" done today 7/12/2017 10:08am but we are very pleased with the allignment and the services given by The STORE ON 10th and congress!

If you like being upsold, this is the place to go! Will only install parts bought from them, regardless of the lead time. I don't have a week to wait for an after-market part I already bought from the manufacturer. Definitely finding a new place for service!
